In the 2nd side story, when Athanasia went into the LP dimension, she dubbed the place as the world parallel to hers. For convenience, we call him as Lucas#2. Lucas of the other world - This Lucas is the one we know. We call him Lucas#1, because he is always number one LOL. Anyway, since this story is about Lucas#2, he refers to Lucas#1 as coming from the OTHER world (other than his world).
