~SEQUEL TO THINKING ABOUT YOU~ "Know that I'm there by your side no matter who or what comes in between us." A heavy shadow dawns over the city of Paris after Marinette and her daughter Emma fall from the top of the Eiffel Tower after a gruesome attack accomplished by Hawkmoth. The two are confined into a hospital, damaged and struggling to stay alive. Adrien is worried out of his mind. Emma has a high chance of losing her life. Meanwhile, Hawkmoth sets out a new plan to steal Chat noir's unharmed Miraculous by using his servant to lure him into a trap. Will she succeed or will she surrender in the name of love? Do Emma and Marinette make it alright, or will someone not come out of the hospital with a beating heart? Can Marinette and Adrien be able to make it through it all together?

This was it! She failed. Marinette had failed in life, she had failed to defeat Lila and Chloe like she had planned. There on the cover page and on the news were Adrien and Lila, exclaiming their relationship to everyone of Paris. If she had been smarter; if she had knew what Lila and Chloe were planning, then all her friends, all of Paris, even Adrien, wouldn't have gone against her. Now she knew their plan, but it was already too late. Lila lit the match and threw it at the curtain, lighting it with fire. She and Chloe laughed and walked out of the room, making sure to lock it. With every strength she had left, Marinette banged on the door, hoping someone would come and save her. No one came to her rescue as the room was lit in fire, burning everything in it, along with Marinette. But what happens when a sudden miracle happens? What happens when Marinette is pushed back into time, where she, Chloe and Lila are still at war? What happens when she's given a second chance? Is she going to do it right this time, or is she going to turn into a horrible failure all over again?

In most stories, Cat noir/Adrien is known to be a bad boy, but in this AU it's a little different. Cat noir, being known to be one of the most wanted criminals of Paris and being the leader of Miraculers. A dangerous group of criminals just like him, Volpina, Queen bee, and Carapace. Of course, they all know each other's identities, so they have their ways of communicating. One day, Adrien's father, Gabriel Agreste has announced that his son will finally start attending a public school, since Adrien's grades have dropped. But the blonde boy won't be alone however, his friends will have to join him too. All his friends known to be rich, hate the fact of going to school full of low-lives, especially Chloé. But what Adrien never suspected, was that he'd end up falling for a goody-two shoes bakery girl... Marinette is now able to hold a normal conversation with Adrien, so when Adrien gets to know Marinette better, his kwami, Plagg, notices Adrien has started to develop a soft spot for the bluenette. Adrien tries to convince Plagg that Marinette is "just a friend". Meanwhile, Marinette's kwami, Tikki, notices her miraculous holder has developed a soft spot for the feline superhero, Chat Noir.
