Sherlock and Loki. Throw together crazy circumstances, an alternate universe, a mixture of Moriarty and an accomplice on Asgard and a super-evil plan, add a pinch of disaster and your arch-nemesis's doom, and what do you have? A recipe for the perfect super-villain plan. - EXCERPT "Mind Palace?" Loki echoed with a frown. "Yes," Sherlock confirmed, "it's... how do I explain it? You use visual memory to build a mental house, and use the rooms to remember information." "And this actually helps you remember things?" Loki frowned. "Yes," Sherlock nodded, "for example - what was Miss Hudson wearing this morning?" "Why should I care?" Loki asked, "that's not relevant at all." "But that's the thing," Sherlock replied patiently, "in detective-work, everything is relevant. You see, she was wearing an old pants, which means she'll be working in the garden because she also had boots on. And if she's working in the garden, she'll be busy for a while. Which'll ensure that she won't clean our room, and find my revolver under the mattress." Loki raised an eyebrow. "Impressive." Sherlock smiled. "I know, I can be a genius, sometimes." "Join the club," Loki mumbled, "genius, well-armed, abandoned psychopaths." "High-functioning sociopath," Sherlock corrected automatically. "What?" Loki frowned. "Sociopath," Sherlock repeated, "not psychopath." "So you're saying you have feelings," Loki smirked, "that's interesting coming from a person who locks themselves up in their... mind palace... twenty-four-seven. I'm sticking to psychopath - it's closer to philanthropist too." "Stop talking John," Sherlock mumbled, clearly zoning out again. Loki sighed. - Highest rankings: #1 in Sherloki (01-06-'19) #92 in Mycroft (05-05-'19) #551 in Sherlock (05-05-'19) [Book 1 of the Sherloki'd series.]

Cupid has struck the Avengers Tower in multiple places, and it looks like he's been taking a leaf from Hawkeye's book and gotten himself explosive arrows. And shock arrows. And... is that a grappling hook? You know what they say; Love Makes Blind. The question is... whose love makes who blind? *What did I say about authors trying to complicate things?* *Shut up Smaug, you're not in this book.* *I'M NOT IN IT?!? WHAT? I AM FIRE!!! I... AM... DEATHHH!!!* *Yeah, well, you're still not in it. Sorry bro.* You know what. I'll just go ahead an blame it all on Tony. Not even Stark himself will know it wasn't him. Yep, that's what I'll do. What's that? This is supposed to be a description of the book? Oh. My bad. THE ACTUAL THING Tony messes up from time to time. But what'll happen when his latest mistake transports everyone in the Tower to a different dimension unlike anything any of them have seen before? Anyone, that is, except for Bruce, Clint, and Thor. Why those three? Well, let's just say they're the only ones that watch My Little Pony... In case you haven't noticed... I couldn't decide on one synopsis. So I chose them all. Penny is a fifteen-year-old girl, who loves pranking people and stopping time. When she's adopted into the mysterious Project A.D.A.P.T., she meets the Avengers - and their descendants - and for once in her life, she's not the weirdest person in the building. She gets dragged along on crazy missions while getting to know the other inhabitants of the base, and - as was to be expected - chaos ensues. After all, the only certain factor at the ADAPT base is that nothing is ever certain. --- EXCERPT Loki gave Penny a short, almost imperceptible nod, and the next moment Jock was pressed against the ground. Penny covered his mouth with her hand so he couldn't call for help, but a well-aimed knock to the head later that wasn't necessary anymore. "Thanks Rocky," Penny stepped back as Rocky shook his hand to get the tingling feeling out. "You're welcome," he grinned. "What's next?" Michael enquired, "we're alone... for now." Nutmeg pointed to the fake Infinity Stone. "Stowne!" Loki nodded. "Yes, Stone. We need to get our hands on that thing." "And why exactly don't we just grab it?" Sarah enquired as Chelsea went a little pale. "Stop trying to read my mind, Maximoff one junior," Loki commanded, "and Sarah; I've been told," - he gestured with his scepter to Jock - "that it's not safe for humans to come anywhere close to it." "And I've been told only princes and princesses and other royalty can touch it," Michael added, "which reminds me; they're holding a meeting here soon about destroying other planets with this very Stone." Loki frowned thoughtfully. "Why would they do that? They're risking that everyone finds out it's a fake... well, unless it's not a fake. It's certainly no real Infinity Stone, but... Well, it needs to be removed either way, I'll see if I can do that with my scepter." --- CHASM is Book 1 of the Generation Omega Series

Chaos reigns supreme once more in the ADAPT base. The new Barton kid runs away daily, there's a new orphan with out-of-control powers, and an assassin on the loose. In the middle of it all, a seriously under-appreciated SHIELD agent shows up, the day before disaster strikes. Suspicion tears the base apart, and while everyone is keeping their eyes open for the assassin, nobody thinks to look for the source. What if there's more going on than just a freelance killer? The real question is; can Penny and the crew figure out this mystery, before it's too late? And can they do it all during LAWNMOWER WEEK? --- EXCERPT "Target acquired." I was muttering it to myself, but I knew my voice would carry through the comlinks to Ash. "Focus, Assassin Hotshot," Ash advised from her hidden viewpoint, and I shook my head. How was I supposed to focus with people commanding me around all the time? I turned to the target - a middle-aged man, leaning towards old, wearing a dark blue suit and glancing around suspiciously. I was on the rooftops, so I felt sure he wouldn't see me from the heightened terrace of the restaurant across the street. I breathed in, taking aim. I didn't have time for distractions. I fired, just as Ash yelled. "FOCUS!" I knew I'd missed before my shot hit the table. The fancy candle toppled over and the tablecloth burst into flames. My target pushed his chair over to get away, vaulting almost effortlessly over the railing and running off down the street. I cursed, before sprinting over the rooftops in the same direction. He was moving fast, and every now and then I needed to leap to cross over to the next roof. "You did that on purpose!" I shouted through the comlinks, and Ash didn't even bother deny it. I wish they'd stop trying to improve my concentration by yelling at me in the middle of assignments... --- [Book 2 in the Generation Omega Series]
