When the Dursleys leave Harry stranded at Kings Cross after a long and painful year, it unravels a whole string of events that leads Harry half way across the world in America with a long lost father. In the midst of the aftermath with Ultron and the starting of a civil war between the avengers, Tony Stark and his team mates find themselves struggling to take care of themselves and balance saving the world with their new house mate. Meanwhile Harry has his own problems to deal with. After the death of his godfather he's barely coping and the strain of having his wizarding world dumped on him is getting to be to much. Can either be saved? Will anyone get the happy ending they always wanted?

What if Harry Potter is not as stupid as before. What if instead of hanging off Dumbledore's every word, he does a bit of digging himself?
