I walked down the white hallways filled with the smell of bleach and chlorine. The lights above were too bright, too luminescent. I can't think. I can't look straight. I can't breathe. Everything was blurry. I touched my cheeks and felt tears cascade down to my chin. My steps faltered. My heart wouldn't stop beating out of my chest. "I'm sorry Nouran." She had looked at me sadly, eyes filled with emptiness. No, no, no. What am I going to do? What am I going to tell him? Him. Izhar. I can't breathe.... Bismillah Rabbi zidnee Ilman "My Lord! Increase me in my knowledge" This book consists of notable concepts that are derived from both Islamic and Arab tradition, which are expressed as words in the Arabic language. The main purpose of this book is to disambiguate multiple spellings, to make note of spellings no longer in use for these concepts, to define the concept in one or two lines, to make it easy for one to find and pin down specific concepts, and to provide a guide to unique concepts of Islam all in one place. Separating concepts in Islam from concepts specific to Arab culture, or from the language itself, can be difficult. Many Arabic concepts have an Arabic secular meaning as well as an Islamic meaning. This book contains transliterations of Arabic terms and phrases; Most items in this book also contain their actual Arabic spelling. 4•8•16 Cover by: haya-sh-z

He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah . He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper. "

Have you ever felt so frustrated that you feel like kicking those lofty fashion-controlling guys and their switching styles when you find that your new hairstyle, which you got after much begging and coaxing your parents, just went out of fashion? And what about that special celebrity-like dress which you bought after much saving and planning only to find that it doesn't suit you at all... (Though I know you wouldn't admit it for the world;) Do not worry, we have all been there but the question is Are you still a slave of all that trash or are you the odd 'don't-care-a-heck-about-fashion' person or are you of the Sunnah brand? This is a book, which deals with neither fashion nor its criticisms. On the contrary, it deals completely with the Halal fashion or style in Islam that is known as the Sunnah (ways and teachings of Prophet [saw]). Wanna know a delicious thing about this Sunnah fashion? Well it never goes out of style! And the reward of reviving one little Sunnah of Muhammed [saw] is simply infinite. Also do not forget that if you try to practice every Sunnah, the Master of all Prophets, Muhammed [saw] himself will recognize and recommend you to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He!) during the inevitable Last Day! Come then, let us learn, practice and spread each Sunnah of Prophet [saw] until the news reaches even the Arsh (Throne) of Allah SWT, until He becomes immensely pleased and proud of His beloved's Ummah! So are you ready to make Sunnah your unique style?

Discovering The Truth. We are definitely here on this planet for a reason. It is certainly a shame upon the human intellect when man is not even interested in finding out what the truth is about his existence. God has given us the FACULTY OF REASON. Man is supposed to reason things out objectively and systematically for himself. Man is supposed to question and to reflect. Allah(God) created humanity and commanded that they seek knowledge in order to understand more about the world, to know more about God and to becomestronger in their faith. Islam invites man to use his intellect, to ponder, to think and to know. Bcoz the goal of human life is to discover the Truth which is none other than worshipping God in His Oneness and then to lead an earthly life according to Gods commandments. God says in Qur'an: "Does man think that he is to be left to wander without an aim?" Qur'an:75:36 He also says: "What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us?" Quran:23:115
