Hope attends the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted while Nina tries to live her life without Klaus. She knew how hard it was for him to leave Hope, but what would happen if he learns that he has another child? Would he come running back with The Hollow still inside him? Nina Chase has dealt with a lot of pain in her life but nothing compares to the pain of losing her daughter. Now a hybrid, she has an eternity to learn to deal with her pain. She fights alongside Klaus and Elijah to make New Orleans a safe home but there is also a war waging within Nina that she struggles with - her feelings for both brothers.
