But as they approach the year 2016, the Shadow Lord's magic seems to be wearing off whenever one if the embodiments go to somewhere where they spent their first lives at. With the help of new friends, they'll be able to train and face the Shadow Lord once again. But what will happen? Will Sojourner's lost father be found? Will Kendragon find out how they all got their powers? Will their pasts all be revealed? Or will they die trying?
