When Evangelise, a Special born with a variation of pyrokinesis is recruited by The Founders, she finds herself in a new world with a new sense of purpose. When her friend and mentor Sebastian is killed by a Special out of control named Malcolm, she is determined to avenge Sebastian's death by seeking out Malcolm on her own.
