Naruto gets back from a mission with team 7 and starts to feel really bad after a unexpected fight in their mission. Naruto ends up in the hospital and everyone comes to visit when they hear what happened to him. But when they go tsunade tells them he's in a coma until he starts to do something in his sleep that will change them forever. (Including, Sakura, Sasuke, kakashi and all the others sensei's and their teams. Rookie 9 and all that stuff.)

Naruto Jr Uzumaki Namikaze is a neglected child. Kushina Uzumaki Namikaze and Minato Namikaze neglected their 4th child. Danzo allowed him to join the anbu. Naruto is good at his sealings better then his siblings. Naruto has the 9 tails fox. Menma, Morgan and Naru are triplets. Menma is marries to Kakashi's cousin Kashi (Hatake) Namikaze. Morgan marries Kakashi (Hatake) Uzumaki. Naru is gay and he marries Gon Inuzuka. Naruto, Mina and Naruko are triplets. Naruto is the captain of an anbu team. Mina is a spoiled brat, she gets everything she wants. Naruko is another spoiled brat, she uses the chains for no good reasons to make everyone bow down to her. Karuto is the baby of the family. Menma is 1st oldest by 3 minutes. Morgan is the middlest by 6 minutes. Naruto is the youngest by 9 minutes. (14 years between the first triplets to the second) Naruto is the oldest by 5 minutes. Mina is the middlest by 9 minutes. Naruko is the youngest by 13 minutes. (5 years between the second triplets and Naru). warning contains swear words, abusive times and sad moments.

Naruto is a kid that you would think would be spoiled and strong, considering who his parents were. His father was the Hokage of the Village hidden in the leaves and was also known as 'Konoha's Yellow Flash'. Our protagonists mother was known as the 'Red Death'. Most people would think he would become a child prodigy with their training. But things almost never go the way people would like it. Naruto was neglected for having something he had no control over. He had to pretend he was an idiot so his parents wouldn't send him to orphanage where he would surely be mistreated, beaten, and starved. He is known as the idiot no one wants to be friends with. But under his 'stupid' kid shell, Naruto is a child prodigy, he is a genius, he is someone stronger than all 5 kage combined, and he was only 6. When Naruto turns 7, his parents have twins. The perfect kids they always wanted. The kids he wasn't. He didn't let that falter his training, though. To keep his tenant occupied and his only friend safe, Naruto becomes an Anbu Captain at the age of 6. No one suspects it to be Naruto Uzumaki because after getting a curse mark from Orochimaru he wears a mask (like Hatake) because when the curse mark acts up it will cover up the lower left side of his face. (The curse mark is on the left side of his chest) what will the rookie 9 do when he returns to the village, or of or when they find out he's on an Akatsuki mission? I DONT OWN NARUTO!!!!!!
