After being free for the Devil's demise, everyone lived their normal lives. Well, except Cagney. They had some trust issues that can't be controlled and soon isolated themselves to be alone. Since then, Cagney never liked anyone, not even their heroes Cuphead and Mugman. It wasn't until one day a familiar ghost came to visit them. And Cagney felt different, but will it last?
