I was born in the woods outside 12. The capital had just bombed 13 (where my mother and father came from) and my mother was on the run. My father had been killed in the explosions so it was just her, my older brother, and me. We managed to escape unharmedand the next day I was born, and during the birth my mother died, leaving my brother, Plutarch, who was 11,to raise me. For 11 years we survived in the woods: hunting, making fires, washing ourselves and our cloths in a lake. We even found shelter in a small cabin. One day we saw a little girl and her father in the woods, both with bows and arrows, the little girl was being taught how to hunt. I later found out that little girl was Katniss Everdeen. I made friends with the girl, taught her how to light a fire, helped her with her archery, but the next day, we were captured, I guess a hovercraft saw us. All I know, is that we were taken to Snow and our identities were changed. We became Effie Trinket and Plutarch Hevensbee.
