At night, when the moon rises above the horizon, horror awakes and powerful beings are free to roam the earth. Relatives go to work in the morning, yet fail to return that evening. Only problem was, I didn't realize there was someone sleeping in the back seat. • Damien Asher is the most feared Gang Leader to the Asher Noir Gang, so when he wakes up to someone driving his car like a madman, he was to kill them. That's until he notices it's a beautiful girl covered in paint, well that and the fact the cops are currently chasing them. So he does what he thinks is best; he kidnaps the girl who kidnapped him first.

Have you ever felt as though you had been missing something? Felt as though something was being hidden from you? Everyday, someone (or more) is murdered. Sure, you may think, "People die everyday, so what?" But these people die in the most strange and otherwordly ways. Poisoned with unknown elements, stabbed by unimaginable weapons, left to die in the strangest places, and various other ways and methods. In the desert, where clouds hover close, one facility has dedicated itself to the research of these events. Determined to solve these mysteries, the facility pays the government to hide these murders from the news and public. After a series of repeating murders, a rising number of victims, and a decrease in money, the team of researchers find a lead as to where these weapons are coming from. But who wants to go with such an amazing risk of horrific death? (There is a lot of violence and blood, so if that is something you don't want to, or can't read, just find another book. Though I'm glad you considered reading this, there is gore... Just going to throw that out there.)
