Sparrow Ebon is second in command in a guard station in the middle of a supposedly uninhabited forest miles away from the rest of humanity. Sparrow was taken away from his home and had finally escaped the painful memories of his abusive father that seemed to haunt the corridors of his childhood home. That was five years ago, and life is peaceful until Sparrow crosses paths with someone who changes his entire view of the world around him.
