You've spent most of your life in foster care. Given up at a year old, you've been in and out of houses. With a year till you're 18 will you be able to find a family to call your own?

I wrote this book because when I got "saved" I had no clue what I was supposed to do next. I went home feeling great but the feeling disappeared because I did not have the tools to maintain it. I had lots of questions and no one to answer them; i.e., what was required of me as a new Christian? How was I supposed to tackle reading the Bible (after several failed attempts) and how was I supposed to find out His purpose for me? I remember thinking, "Now what?" Many of us have lost our way and do things that appear to be appropriate just because everybody else is doing it, like cursing and lying.
