Year 3255: the world's militaries have formed coalitions based on the militaries of old. In the west is Geirland of the Viking coalition, in the east is Sagai of the samurai coalition, and in the center is Avonard of the Knight coalition. The Earth is in total war and the coalitions have begun searching for planets in the outer solar systems or "Sectors". This story follows Eiyu, a daimyo of the Labyrinth Sector, as he deploys for the first time since his reinstatement on Earth.

A sequel to the last; Labyrinth: Hero's call. This story follows Biðja, a Viking Coalition woman who is enlisting in her army.
