Sequel to 'Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (OC's included)'. The Scooby-Doo gang reunite and visit Moonscar island in Louisiana, a place with a dark secret. Daphne wants more than just a guy in a costume like they always get, but they get more than they bargained for on this island trip. Also, their little buddy, who hadn't had much contact with the gang, will end up fighting for his family, and for the ones he loves, all in the name of... "Scooby...Dooby...Doo!!" When Timmy gets in big trouble with his parents, he decides that he wants to run away into the world of television where he can live any lifestyle that he wants, but little do he and his friends know, that a magical TV remote he wishes up causes trouble for the distant future where a visitor from there comes to take back the remote and stop Vicky the Babysitter.

Scott gets mail from his cousin Millie who he has not seen in a long time to visit the Crazy Q Dude Ranch. On the way, Mystery Inc comes along with other friends, only to find out Shaggy is feared, but it turns out he is the descendant of a violent gunslinger known as Dapper Jack Rogers whose ghost haunts the town.

A beyond-apocalyptic event on Planet Earth leaves a teenage boy lost, homeless, and with nobody left on the planet to be alongside with. But, a portal comes up from seemingly out of nowhere, and it sucks him in. Now, he ended up in a world where he could start his life up once again. Also, he meets up with three spy girls, and joins up in their adventures to save the world from supervillains, and finds a new home in the process. Gang (Scooby-Doo, Shaggy Rogers, Fred Jones, Daphne Blake and Velma Dinkley), along with their partners Braedey and Valka Martin, travel to a New England town called Oakhaven after being invited by the horror writer Ben Ravencroft. As they do, they soon encounter the Witch of Oakhaven, but as they solve the mystery, there is something sinister going on in the shadows of the sleepy 'ghost' town.
