The Antarctic Empire was growing rapidly, making new alliances, and villages growing immensely. It was ruled by a family of five: The beloved King and Queen, and their three sons. Everything was stable, and perfect. Until it wasn't Just 2 years after they're youngest was born, he was taken from the them and the Queen was killed. The King now had to take care of a rapidly growing kingdom and his two boys, while trying to find his third. Every time he wanted to give up, he reminded himself of the promise he made to his wife: He would keep searching, no matter how long it took, till the youngest has been reunited with his true family. If only he knew how long that would be. AYO!! I decided to write this because I was bored. Emeraldduo AU again :D This is kind of a mix between the movie 'Castle in the sky' and Phil's lore for Sky City in his Season 2 hardcore world. Wilbur was tired of being a hero. He liked to believe that he was a good hero, but being a good hero wasn't enough. It was never enough. Always compared to his twin brother, the golden child of the Minecraft Hero Family. Wilbur lived in Techno's shadow. He hated it so much and he wasn't sure how much more he could take. He wanted to be seen for who he was. He was Wilbur goddamn Minecraft, and he refused to let himself be a side note in someone else's story. Villains had one right; the right to choose a nemesis. A thesis to their anti-thesis. A rival. His subordinates always questioned why he chose Magpie. He never bothered to explain. He had met the hero once, and that was all it took. The eldest of the Minecraft children was so much more than anyone realized. There was a deep running fury hidden under his mask. The hero was fast approaching his breaking point. That, is why Quackity chose him. Wilbur Minecraft was going to fall soon, and he was going to fall hard. And Quackity would be right there waiting, ready to catch his songbird when he did.
