Dawn had a good life. She was the maidservent to the princess of Deira, and was treated well. However, everything changed when the kingdom of Deira was attacked. However, Prince Arthur doesn't seem to want Princess Fayelinn. It's her maid that has seemed to catch his eye.

The people of Telon have nothing to say to her and must cultivate their thoughts about her departure - their best and, quite frankly, only warrior was gone. Upon her arrival in Camelot, it seems King Uther will not grant Sebidwen her request, off of the fact that Telon is too far from Camelot's reach and the Impalers may have already destroyed the town, so Sebidwen goes to her last option: magic and brute force used with strategy.
