When butters moves to South Park, he notices that his neighbour is a little odd compared to everyone else. Everybody knows everybody in South Park, but nobody knows much about Kenny. He spends all of his free time in his house and he has no friends at all... that is until he takes an unusual interest in his new neighbour. According to multiple online sources, scientists know more about space than Earth's very own Ocean. In the town of South Park, no one really cared about things like that. Tweek Tweak certainly hadn't thought such odd information could be of any use to him. That is, until a new kid moves to town and shows him just how truly astounding the Heavens are.

Imagine if you told your parents something about you, that nobody else knew, that not even you understood... and instead of helping you and trying to understand.. they turned there backs on you, and treated you like garbage. Eventually, they get fed up with your "bullshit" and send you away to get help... at the group home for troubled and abandoned kids. There is when you meet someone- this someone shows you that's there's still good people, even when the world has went cold. This someone protects you, and try's to show you what happiness is... that's exactly what happens to Butters... and this "someone" is Kenny.

He seemed to have earned that label at every school he had attended due to his constant twitching and random outbursts. But Tweek couldn't help the way he was. After all, nobody would ask to have anxiety as bad as Tweek had it. But unfortunately for Tweek, people fail to see beyond his flaws and just see helpless a freak. When the Tweak residence moves from Denver to South Park, Tweek isn't all too thrilled to be there but little does the anxious blond know that this town will hold his greatest, most treasured memories.
