Peter Parker aka Spider-man has lost everyone. His Parents, Aunt May, Uncle Ben, and Mary Jane. Peter is now homeless and running from Child Protective Services (CPS). He hardly has any money and also needs to be everyone's friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He is having trouble with homeless problems and more but when the famous Avengers find out about this boy his life changes drastically.

After a tragic accident kills Aunt May, Tony is left to take care of Peter. Or, another Tony adopts Peter story (but hopefully with an original twist)!
