Charlie Dalton, irresistibly charming and oozing with sensuality, has taken an interest in you out of all the new girls at Welton Academy. After you become mesmerized by his spell, Charlie propositions you with a night of intimacy. How could you refuse? However, the next morning is a lonely one; Charlie had left without a trace. Feeling abandoned and conflicted, you find comfort in another classmate - Gordon Abner. Soft and benevolent, he seems like the right guy for you to invest your mind in. All the while, Charlie is struggling to think of anyone else. On a quest to infiltrate your love, Charlie consults the Dead Poets and challenges what you've come to believe. The peace you had constructed is being savagely countered. This is the story of an outspoken boy desperate to finally discover his definition of love. - Warning. Sexual themes and content. Strong language. This is heavily inspired by the 1989 movie Dead Poets Society directed by Peter Weir. Carpe Diem

joie de vi·vre ˌZHwä də ˈvēvrə/ noun exuberant enjoyment of life. Joie de vivre. That's how I planned to live. Life was meant to be lived and after recent events I was gonna live the hell out of it. I'm gonna do things a girl has never done before. I was going to seize the day. Seize the months, years, and decades. I was planning on doing it alone but then he came along.

Neil was caught between a hard place and a rock. His lungs heaved as he desperately tried to suck in air, but to no avail. He couldn't breath. Tears ran down his face as he smothered his strangled sobs against his pillow. He didn't know how long he could keep up this act. All he wanted was Todd. Todd couldn't sleep. He hadn't been able to for the past few nights. All he could think about was Neil. His lips as they closed over a cigarette. His brown eyes sparkling as he practiced his lines as Puck. His wet hair and how it clung to his neck after a shower. Todd squeezed his eyes tight as he tried to will away the wicked images. He shouldn't be staring at his best friend like that. It was unnatural. It meant he was a fairy. Yet Todd couldn't help but stare. A story of two boys coming together, overcoming some of life's obstacles, and falling in love with each other; until one is tragically taken away.

The year is 1959, and for its very first time, Welton Academy Boarding School is now accepting female students. Violet Ross is not only one of those girls, but the only girl in the graduating class. She feels as though she must face her fears entirely alone, until she comes across a quirky group of boys. Also known as The Dead Poets. Violet soon finds herself becoming rather close with one in particular... "I'm not entirely sure I even knew what constituted 'love,' until I had met him. Now the mere thought of him made me ache to be with him, to look at him, to touch him. I couldn't quite put my feelings into words. Even as I try, few seem to suffice. An entire sea of ink could not adequately describe my feelings towards him. It was almost as if all the stars in the sky were condensed into a single, twinkling one. The only words I felt could convey some of what I felt for him, easily fell from my lips. ' I love you, too.'"

Another year at Welton Academy just like it has been for years. Only, its a co-ed school. It's Welton's first year with girls attending (because they thought they'd make more profit, obviously). The girls from Presley Seminary are moving to Welton are excited about this move except Carter Salvatore. ----- Disclaimer: This book takes place the next school year for the boys, and Niel does not die. I REPEAT: HE. DOES. NOT. DIE. Also this is cliché af so brace yourselves ;D
