Der Kampf gegen Drago Blutfaust hat nie stattgefunden und wird auch nie stattfinden, also lebt Haudrauf noch. Hicks ist zwanzig Jahre alt. Astrid und die anderen Drachenreiter spielen dem ahnungslosen Hicks einen fiesen Streich. Doch das hat verheerende Folgen... Meine erste Geschichte auf wattpad! Als Hicks Ohnezahn im Wald vom Himmel schoß, sich mit ihn befreundete und dann auch noch seine Schwachstellen herausfand, war er schlau genug diese nicht im Drachentraining zu verwenden. Zusammen mit Ohnezahn schaffte er es den roten Tod zu besiegen und alle Drachen unter ihren Einfluss zu befreien. Nun waren schon fünf Jahre vergangnen seit dem Hicks ,wie die Bewohner von Berg glauben ,,sich im Wald verlaufen hatte" und eine Woche verschwunden war. Und genau wie er verschwanden auch die Drachen, selbst die aus der Arena. Die Raubzüge haben aufgehört. Die Jahre danach hat er Erfahrung mit wilden Drachen darunter auch flüsternde und brüllende Tode gemacht. Auch hat er mit den Verbannten und den Berserkern aufgenommen und Frieden geschlossen. Nun ist er 20 Jahre alt und mitten in einem Krieg mit den Drachenjäger, deren Anführer Drago Blutfaust ist. Doch für die Berkianer in seinem Dorf ist Hicks ,,Hicks der Außenseiter" oder ,,Hicks der Schwächling" eine Enttäuschung für seinen Stamm, denn er lebt mitten im Wald. Versteckt, einsam und verschwendet sein Leben, das denken sie jedenfalls. Woher sollten sie auch wissen das er Ohnezahn hat und andauernd Leben rettet (Meistens die von Drachen). ~~~~~~~~~~~ Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht 100% mit dem überein, was ich schreibe, da ich der Geschichte ihrem freien Lauf lasse und einfach kreativ bin. Lunas größter Wunsch ist es einen Drachen zu zähmen. Umso mehr freut sie sich, als ihr Cousin Hicks sie nach Berk einlädt. Doch als sie dann krank wird ist die Hoffnung aus . Bei einem Spaziergang im Wald , den sie heimlich macht , entdeckt sie einen Nachtschatten und zähmt ihn . Doch dann wird Berk angegriffen und die Drachenreiter und Drachen entführt. Jetzt liegt es ganz an Luna, alle zu retten .
