He's worked his job at a furniture manufacturing business for 5 years now, but it's felt like his whole life. Second in command and the most trusted employee, things were smooth. Boring, but smooth. Until one night after a very excruciating long meeting, Raymond decides he needs to go grab a coffee to keep him going through the night if he's going to finish his paperwork. Enter Bob. A seemingly lazy carefree barista who doesn't fit the whole business vibe of the cafe at all. Raymond can't help but be intrigued, he's never met someone like him before. As luck would have it, Bob happens to be looking for a new roommate at the same time Raymond realizes he may be too lonely for his own good.

Samira Vos is a natural born assassin, raised by her father Silas to be the best in the order, using her shadow magic and daggers to leave a trail of death behind her. Brought up by her fathers harsh and strict teachings, Samira rises through the ranks of the League of Shadows. That chance comes in the form of a contract, when she is given a chance at a new life.
