the stresses and the anxieties keep eating away at flug causing him to be even more quiet and weak than usual and don't think black hat hasn't noticed he tries and tries to figure out what's going in that paperbagged head of his to no avail. But black hat starts really looking out for his scientist when a mortifying discovery makes him realize how depressed Flug really is.
