Saphira is very similar to Finnick Odair in her games story except people for whatever reason cherish her more. The main reasons are that she is the prettiest or 'sexiest' woman in all of Panem, her voice has an accent which when spoken normally can make you weak to your knees it doesn't matter which gender, she is the smartest Victor to win the games besides Beetee and last but not least, there was an obvious reason she won her games... She's deadly... But what happens when she is picked for the Third Quarter Quell? How will everyone react? More importantly How will Finnick react?
