During the summer in Texas, a girl name Maddy, & her parents were driving to Florida when their red pick up truck broke down. A nice woman offers them to stay over at her house. Maddy meets a boy who's the same age as her name is Thomas. During the weeks they've spent with each other, they grew closer, to becoming best friends. But once the truck is all fixed it was time for Maddy to leave; she promised to return back to him. One way or another.
