A Highschooler can only take so much. More so with Izuku. It's not easy for his life. Being something like a dad for two kids. Training to be the number one hero. And the amount of schoolwork almost killing him than the villains. Can't he get a break. When the staff notices he's ahead of the class. Practically caught up with the third years in terms of work. They believe he needs some time to relax and be "normal". So what do they do? Call his mother. And sends him off to an island.

Rumors spread like wildfire, especially in class 1-A. One rumor forces Bakugou and Uraraka to stick together (only making things worse) just to get away from the constant barrage of questions. And in turn they grow to know each other better than they already did.

Izuku Midoriya was well acquainted with pain. It was slow, agonizing, and cruel. It was something that had a tendency to rear its ugly head at the worst times. In a similar fashion, he was also well acquainted with loss. The loss of friendships, dreams, hopes, the loss of the naivety he held as a child. Yes, Izuku truly had been spited by fate, seemingly loathed by its very existence. It oftentimes lead him to ponder where it all began, or if it was always like that. His past was muddled with emotions and disappointment, the cruelest of words had been burned into his very being ever since the diagnosis. "Quirkless" "Deku" "Useless." It all grew to be dull. Cliche, even. That's how Midoriya, with the determination of a thousand and ten men, grew to achieve his dream in a slightly different manner.

They're all stuck in a mental hospital and they don't have quirks.
