Rin. A name meaning cold and sophisticated. At only 10 years old, the boy developed a strong hatred for the world. The people surrounding him made him sick. They only ever acted. They acted happy to be around him. They acted nice to him. They acted like they were his friend. They never stopped acting. But he could see through their lies. They all hated him. They hated him because of the fear. Everyone was afraid of him. Every single person was a fake. A sham. A lie. Except little (Y/N). So happy. So innocent. So naive. Only 5 years old. Rin was convinced that she was the most stupid child ever. Always seeing the good in people no matter what. Trying to befriend everyone she meets. Nearly never leaving his side. She was the most stupid child and he hated it. He believed that she was going to get hurt because of her naivety. Thus, he swore to keep her safe no matter how much of a burden or bother she was. The promise to keep her out of harm's way eventually turned into an obsession. The more he watched over her, the more intrigued he became. He didn't want anyone in her presence. They could hurt her.
