#1 Thomas Sanders || 8:2:18 Virgil never sleeps. He never eats, never drinks. All he does is work from the comfort of his room, never talking to anyone; never going outside. Without realizing it, he has become famous to all the other sides - "The Drifter," as the youngers' like to call him. Never showing up for meetings and lessons, Virgil has become almost a legend, someone the lesser Sides look up to, admire almost, and someone the Upper Sides, aka Roman, Patton, and Logan, despise - a bad influence. They have deemed him "Unstable," a title only one person has had before. Something must be done, but will it do more harm than good?

The new boy, Logan, is in a wheelchair. The always helpful Patton gladly volunteers to help him. Somehow, Logan is dragged into Patton's friend group that may or may not become a little bit more than friends. Virgil has always tried his hardest to stay out of the the way of the others in the mind scape, to not cause any problems. He was a very nonconfrontational person, after all. But sometimes, confrontation seemed to hunt him down. ' "And lastly, it really comes down to who's more experienced." I smirk a bit at him and bite my lip, smug as he stares back at me. Roman seems to lean in a fraction of an inch, still not breaking eye contact. Then his eyes flicker over my the rest of my face breifly, and my breath catches in the back of my throat. ' ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ This story is of everyday life in the mind, and draws inspiration from a lot of books, including, but not limited to, "THE QUIET", "Stitched", and "far too damaged", along with references to other books I have read in my previous fandoms. This was kinda odd for me, writing in Virgil's point of view, mostly because I like to stray very, VERY far from the whole, "dayum they're hawt... Woit wat?" Kinda stuff. But Virgil is kinda, y'know, anxiety... Either way, I still tried to keep it on a restraining order, minimum distance of 40 ft. ;P. However, there definitely was some internal conflict going on. Roman's feelings betray him, when he discovers that he likes a certain "emo nightmare" who goes by Anxiety. Despite being the courageous prince, Roman hides his feelings through pranks and practical jokes on Anxiety, but this quickly leads to the two becoming friends. As they begin to hang out more, Roman realizes his feelings are stronger than ever, and he has to tell Anxiety soon. So he decides to start leaving Anxiety gifts, but will his plan be enough to win Anxiety's love? NOTE: The cover isn't mine!
