Hinata is a lab geek but is very smart and Sakura is a top surgeon. The merger Hiashi spoke of is the arranged marriage between Toneri and Hinata to join the hospitals. But what happens when Naruto and Sasuke move to America? Naruto is the next in line to run the hotels and the Uchiha restraunts are in the hotels so Sasuke goes with him.
