Rocky has been feeling depressed, he is the only one who doesn't have a mate. The pups start teasing him, for the fun of it, so Rocky runs away in a forest, only to meet a female, black Labrador named Tootsie. Rocky begins to fall in love with Tootsie, and asks her to be his mate. Meanwhile the Paw Patrol plans to find Rocky and to apologies for teasing him.
