All Sherlock has ever thought about was himself, but one day a certain doctor came into his life and changed all of that. Sherlock never thought he could love someone, but after Moriarty and the fall, he realizes that he can love, but will he ever realize that people can love him back?

Once the rings have been exchanged and the vows have been said, Sherlock and John are ready to settle down and get their fill of the domestic bliss that so often comes with marriage. Unfortunately, nothing is ever that simple for them... and they know the honeymoon period can't last forever. They'd promised each other "for better or for worse", but John had no idea just how bad 'worse' could be.

It's been 2 years since the Reichenbach fall, and John is a mess. Recent events have motivated Sherlock to reunite with his doctor, but things don't go as he planned when he finds John's dark secrets. Will John be able to forgive Sherlock from hiding from him for all these years? There is also a new consulting detective in town, one that rivals Sherlock in every way, including for John's affections. Then when John is kidnapped Sherlock has got to unravel the case, for his reputation and John's life is at stake.
