Max Caulfield has had a strange few months. She discovered she had time rewind powers, solved the disappearance of a missing teenage girl, and saved her best friend Chloe Price, and her town Arcadia Bay from a storm. Max quit using her powers, but she starts having visions of a familiar, fierce girl, that's supposed to be dead- Rachel Amber. Chloe and Max try to make sense of the visions, and find out the true story about what really happened to Rachel.

After struggling to find and keep jobs, Chloe gets the idea to go on a road trip to Dellwood, Ohio to spend the holidays with her girlfriend, Max Caulfield. They manage to run into some familiar faces during their trip. And some new faces as well. Some good. Others not so bad. And the bad ones. During their stay, a horrible night takes place. Bringing one of Chloe's worst fears to life. Leaving her devastated and heartbroken. A Pricefield story. All rights to Dontnod Entertainment's characters belong to them.

Max sacrificed Chloe for the good of Arcadia Bay and was left with the Rewind. Distraught, she goes back enough to save Rachel Amber. Now, everything's different. It might just have to do with Rachel and Chloe's super powers, or the serial killer loose in Arcadia, or the way Max's powers are fluctuating. Who knows? All she knows is that she's in love with two people in love with each other. How worse can it get?
