After Shifts violently attack New Haven. Raiden Tempest is forced to leave home for her safety. Upon her travels she is picked up by one of the Faction Federation States, Rosen, where she is learns how to fight against these shifts in an ANTI-Shift program funded by the head state ICE. There she meets Jade, Quinn and Diana. After months of training and working together Jade stumbles upon ICE's secret, which threatens the seven nation federation and everyone involved.
