At the age of four, Katsuki was cast aside by his parents and forced into the foster system because he was cursed with an unfortunate Quirk-Explosion-which happens to have negative connotations to it due to a villain in the past. His parents aren't the only ones who rejected him because of it, though; he's grown up without friends, with teachers and peers looking at him in fear no matter how hard they tried to hide it, and while he'd like to say he enjoyed being so lonely, that wasn't the case. Fortunately (though he might say otherwise if you asked, at least at first), one set of bright red eyes somehow managed to see past his Quirk and his rather abrasive attitude and can relate to him on a level he never expected. Years in the future, however, things aren't all sunshine and rainbows-in fact, they're far from it. Katsuki knows this, and no longer can he allow himself to drag the only person he's ever truly cared about through the mud with him.

Katsuki Bakugou was a new director, he was currently working on his newest movie. So far he had everything set, the script, the cast, the locations, the skills, but he was missing something. The movie needed some kind of music, something that could connect perfectly with the plot. UA was a college that only few could get into, and those few were the best of the best and it was Bakugou Katsuki's goal to get into it. He was pushing himself everyday to get that damn scholarship, he needed it. But what Bakugou didn't know is the scholarship also came with a free annoying 'friend' that was way too cute.

Katsuki Bakugou was born and raised in The Outskirts, a slum city of thousands upon thousands of people living in poverty, abandoned and ignored by the royal family for decades. Hundreds are on the brink of starvation, and with winter closing in, the risk of hypothermia and death is higher than ever. Angered by the fact that as citizens the slum-dwellers aren't given what they rightfully deserve as human beings, Katsuki decides to take matters into his own hands and take what they should be given to begin with, and the only sure place that has plenty of what they need is the royal palace itself.
