It's been 2 years since I lost Xavier. I hunted for him for over a year, I still wish he'd come back but I've lost hope that he's even alive.... I havnt felt him since the day I lost him to Michael.... I go on a killing spree every year the day I lost him. I have grown less soft. Funny thing in all that went down, I was still pregnant, I had forgotten about it in all the rage and fighting and war, but the amazing part was.. it survived. I didn't even notice I was pregnant still tell the second month of searching for Xavier when I noticed the bulge in my stomach. Charles hasn't spoke since I tore him a new one when I lost Xavier. he didn't run like I told him to, I begged him to get me out of there, and he betrayed me and costed me my mate. I sniff the air and catch the scent I have been looking for, my mate! My wolf is howling with excitment and pride. I can't believe after all this time, I finally get to set my eyes on my mate.. I start to follow the scent till I reach a stream. I froze, shes huge! The size of me! I have never seen a large female before.. her fur.. the way the light hits it looks as though she's shimmering gold... gold.. gold fur! My breath was taken away. Her perfectly golden furr, smooth and well kept, I never seen a more beautiful wolf, her eyes.... They were a vibrant green.. I could get lost in them... shes.... 'She's beautiful,' my wolf finishes Shes drinking the clear water and freezes, she sniffs the air, and looked right at me, I cant hold my excitement wagging my tail! Her eyes are so breath taking! I stand as tall as I can and smirk. I get ready to walk over to her when she growls... my hair rose, tail stopped wagging, how can something so beautiful be also so terrifying. I felt like I lost before I even started. I put my ears down, I didnt stand so tall anymore.... shes going to reject me.... and Im an alpha of the strongest pack in the country. *Hey readers!
