I actually saw something like this on fan fiction.com and decided to do my take on this story. before anyone says that I stole a story 1. that one is a nightmare before Christmas and RWBY crossover and I highly recommend it. and 2. the only thing I'm "borrowing" is the sad yang and the alternate situation with her mother. I am going a completely different direction other than that. so enjoy!

How come some stories I have to read up to chapter 5 just to know if the reader is a guy or girl, or if it's an "x boys" or "x girls" book?

I haven't watched this show fully but I've seen clips of it. Kurumi's habit of teasing Shido kinda brought this oneshot idea to my head.
