seoul is crumbling from the corruption and it desperately needs a hero to fight crime at the very least. yoon industries had thrived, a global financial conglomerate that funded much of seoul's public schools, stores, etc, but now with the head of the group dead, it's all left to yoon jeonghan, a 25 year old partygoer who relied on his father all his life. everything changes when he meets cato chewa hwang; one night, the two then decide to take matters into their own hands. and so, jeonghan pretends to be a hero (while cato does most of the work, obviously). as their "heroic" antics proceed, however, an ominous force is slowly growing.
