Lily Kija, a "Sweet Blood" cyborg expeiment, escaped from the prison that held her captive. With nowhere to go and her memory lost, she relies on the AI implemented in her mind named "Sugar". Following her escape, the organization that held Lily sent out creatures to eliminate her and the AI. By using the Charge Candy that Lily had on her and the powers of the Sugar AI, They transfrom into the Sweet Striker Candy. Now, Lily must make new allies while staying alive in hopes to find her past. This, however, will not be easy, for there is other Sweet Strikers that exist.
