Beyoncé ran her offices with pride and empowerment, she loved to hire women and prove that a woman could do all a man could. Her area of work was dominated by men and so women found themselves discriminated against. Beyoncé had enough of searching for a job she was unable to get because of her sex and started her own establishment with the help of a few powerful friends. She become the founder, the CEO and owner of the Knowles Institute of Science and Technology. She stopped working in the field itself so she could manage the business properly but never once let her Knowledge and skill go to waste as she often found herself giving lectures at Universities all over the World. She was successful, she was focused and she was happy. Then she was asked to do something silly. She was asked to be the fake girlfriend of her COO's Brother. Annie had told Beyoncé that she needed someone to pretend to be his girlfriend around the family just until the big wedding was over so that they would leave him alone. Beyoncé, being the lovely woman she is, agreed to do it. She assumed it would be fine. She could possibly become friends with this man and fake it perfectly then go home after the wedding. She didn't know that the man was famous, or that the wedding was going to last two weeks, or that she would have to share a room in a hotel with him. Oh well.

On December 2nd 1985 there was a fire in Third Ward Houston Texas. The fire killed many people who were unable to make it out of homes in time but there was one little girl who magically survived. She was in a burning house, her four year old body hidden under the arm of her dead father when her house collapsed. Somehow she managed to stay unharmed while her mother was crushed. This is the story of a girl who was born into a family so different compared to who she was. They had a high status in society, often holding dinner parties for all of Houston's most substantial families but she didn't care for money or PHDs. Instead she cared about creativity, art and music. She cared about the inside of people instead of the out, she didn't meet someone and judge them on their choice of clothing as her parents did but instead on their choice of word. She was so different that they tried to contain her, they tried to make her like them. A proud rich girl living in a bubble they created. She couldn't stand it, she didn't like the private schools, the nannys and butlers or perfect English. So she did what many teenagers did, she rebelled. Her rebellion was falling in love, getting pregnant and running away at 16 years old. She fell in love so easily and so beautifully but the boy didn't, he didn't care for her or his child and that's when she ran away. She knew where she wasn't wanted and she never saw him again. This is the story of a young woman going back home because her daughter demanded it. Her daughter wanted to meet her family and so at 32 years old with a 16 year old child. This is the story of her coming back and falling into the arms of an old friend. Shawn.
