When we reach the bathtub, I shakily reach for the curtain, Peyton's hands gripping tighter. Tears stain my cheeks and I let out a shaky breath. I yank back the curtain of the bathtub and a bloodcurdling scream escapes Peyton's mouth and my free hand muffles the scream that threatens to escape. Tears pound out of my eyes and stream down my face. I couldn't look away but Peyton was pulling me away. She pulls me out of the bathroom, this time not trying to avoid the blood. Hello :) so this is a suspenseful short story that I wrote in my creative writing class and I must say that I'm not too disappointed with it! So I hope y'all do enjoy my short story.
