This is going to be about Dr.Eggman in the My Hero Academia Universe. Dr. Eggman, after a series of mistakes, dies trying to stop his machines. He is offered a second chance at life, by Mother Earth herself, Gaia. Now, he lives in Japan with a new name, and surrounded by people with abilities called quirks.
