Serena Hope never seems to fit into the world. At school she's a loner with no friends. At home is her drunk mother and her abusive step-father. Then she meet Gryphon, a mysterious boy with electric blue eyes, who tells Serena that she is a something she never believed in. Serena is all the sudden thrown into a school full of good and bad, war and peace and power. She is lost in a world she never knew about. As her powers grow, the more dangerous it becomes. Will Serena be able to conquer the challenges of being in this powerful world or die trying?
