Kuroko is a boy from Teiko junior high, he decided to join Seirin after some drama with the GoM, you see, Teiko's priority was to win, everything else doesn't matter, they just need to win, Kuroko didn't like that, the thought of discarding teamwork, companionship, fun and enjoyment for victory just didn't sit right with him, what's even worse was, the GoM's unhealthy obsession with Kuroko, I mean they were obsessed, they would follow him everywhere he went, they even switched classes and seats just to be near him, Kuroko had gotten used to it, but it wasn't until the nationals that Kuroko stopped enjoying basketball, he watched as his teammates, his friends, brutally destroyed the other teams, even playing a game on who could score the most!
