Destiny's the Dreamer: she can control her dreams. Hope's the Catcher: she can remember her dreams. Faith's the Dreamcatcher: she can control her dreams and remember them... but also make them come true. And Faith only has one more week (when she turns 14) until the power will overwhelm her and kill her. To make matters worse, each time Faith has a dream come true, she has one day less to live.
