Then something happens that makes me widen my eyes in fear and just about scream. In one swift movement, Roman has me pinned against the wall. His hands go to either side of my head, his eyes piercing through mine as his hot breath smelling of cigarettes fans across my face. My heart thumps in irregular beats in my chest. This was just taken way farther than I ever expected, even from Roman. "Don't you dare talk about things that you have no clue about, because if you say anything like that ever again, I will destroy you. You're dancing with a wolf here." He snarls, his voice being chillingly calm. With those words said, he pushes off of the wall, and stalks out of the room, slamming the door shut behind him, leaving me scared and confused. --- When Tessa Lynne Walker is forced to plan senior prom with notorious bad boy Roman Anderson, she thinks it's the worst thing that could possibly ever happen to her. However, when she discovers that there's more to Roman than she originally thought, they're thrown into a whirlwind of jealousy games, ugly pasts, and hidden secrets, but they may just find love along the way. That is, if they don't Crash and Burn in the process.

This is just a tester. I wanted to create my own story and see what I could do with it. Please let me know your thoughts on the storyline as well as any grammar mistakes that I make. Thank you! Centuries ago, a deity was given the powers of the earth. His name is Cleve. Cleve understood that not one person should hold all six elemental powers. He decided to divide the six powers into six worthy beings. These beings became the Immortal Queens and Kings. Each Royal held one of the six elemental powers: air, darkness, fire, light, water, and earth. The Royals decided to separate to the farthest lands to ensure that not one person could hold all the earthly powers. Air to the mountains, darkness to the undergrounds, fire to the volcanos, light to the fields, water to the oceans, and earth to the jungles and forests. The Royals, now separated by the tallest mountains, the deepest oceans, and the most dangerous jungles, have decided to create territories for citizens to stay within. After drawing the territory boundaries, each of the Royals created a castle on their land and built their kingdoms from the ground up. Years went by and everything was well, until power hungry people sought to control the Royals. This created what is known as the Organization. The Royals decided they needed to put an end to the disruption. Together, they drew up a plan to ensure that the Organization could not get their greedy hands on the elemental powers. Each Royal channeled all of their powers and immortality into a chalice. Then, the Royals hid the chalices in a temple for only the worthy to find. The Royals found the darkest, most dangerous area in their territory. By doing so, they knew that the chalices would only be found at the right time, by the right person. Once done, the Royals went into hiding. This is the story of darkness chalice.

Contrary to popular belief, I am not a violent man. Just because I am surrounded by violence does not make me someone who responds with aggression as soon as I am threatened. I feel no need to show my dominance to others to validate myself. Any and all past actions can easily be explained as accidental occurrences forced upon me by cause and effect. Cause: The only person to have ever survived one of my attacks happened to be a very powerful woman. Affect: I am now bonded to her. But like everything in this world, something must be taken if something has been given. Even if it was unwanted. Cause: My attack triggered her curse. Affect: I've laid bodies to rest in my search for her. Contrary to popular belief, I am not a violent man. And yet, the more time I spend with her, the harder it is to convince myself of that.
