But that night held a new kind of life. For on that beach-where the rest of the world was in a quiet slumber-lay an unconscious woman with a tail of mesmerizing red scales. Follow the dorky story of a Prince-who-does not-wish-to-be-prince, a masked traveller of the night (who is the same man), a mermaid with amnesia, and a mysterious girl who appears in the morning sun (who is the same girl), as they weave through their tangled mess of love, life, curses, secret identities, and overbearing parents. I chose to have a reverse love square because if it was the regular love square (Adrien/Chat Noir x Ladybug and Ladybug/Marinette x Adrien), then Ladybug wouldn't have a crush on anyone, as only Marinette can meet Adrien and she forgets her time as Marinette at night. I also ship Luka x Chloe and Rose x Juleka! Please don't complain about ships! And don't read if you're LGBTQ+ phobic, as I won't allow any of that negativity. Hope you enjoy!

Monsters and wizards terror the city of Paris, but Marinette is simply the daughter of two bakers. Like everyone else, she is powerless to stop the fearsome beasts or the wizard called Papillion, and knows little of magic. Until one day, a stranger with green eyes offers her an umbrella. While you don't have to be familiar with the film in order to enjoy, I have to give full disclosure that this work is inspired by Howl's Moving Castle. My intentions were to capture elements of the atmosphere and characters of the film, not to stick different faces into Howl and Sophie's roles. The storyline varies quite a bit from what you see in the film. My hope is your familiarity with the source of inspiration will enhance and in no way detract from the enjoyment of this work. 💚

The new kid turns out to be a teacher. The teacher of DADA. But Umbridge is still there- as the High Inquisitor. It seems she watches the new teacher-Professor Jackson- a lot more than the others. Something is off about him. And the Golden Trio always tries to find out what.
