Keith was in and out of the hospital for all of his life. He often snuck out of his room to wander the halls in an attempt to stifle his boredom. When he was ten years old, he found a boy in a coma-and he happened to be around his age. He would often talk to him about his day and bring him toys. But one day, the boy was gone without a trace. Lance was nine years old when he was in a major car accident. His injuries were extensive and he was put into a medically-induced coma. When he woke up, he recovered fully and returned home. Seven years later, he suddenly remembers a certain voice that spoke to him while he was under. When the boy, who he learns to be named Keith, suddenly needs a place to live after giving up his home so his brother could live with his partner, what will happen when Lance suddenly decides to house him? Meanwhile, Hunk and Pidge begin to see each other in a new way causing confusion, conflict and a new friendship between a suspiciously pretty boy with long white hair. Pidge is constantly getting in trouble for various things, like hacking into the school's emailing system to send memes to everyone with Lance, raiding the kitchen for snacks to bring to game club with Hunk, and 'accidentally' throwing binders aimed at Lance. Of course, one of those times the binder hits the passing by principal instead, and that time is special because instead of writing an apology letter, she has to give an orientation and tutor the new transfer student. She really would have rather written an apology letter. (This is a Voltron: Legendary Defender fanfic! A few things in this could be considered spoilers, so read at your own risk if you have not watched VLD specifically. This is also a collaboration!
