Emily, the main character, finds out there is an FBI agent watching her through the phone. Emily is 16 years old and goes to Hills High. She later finds that Roy, the FBI agent, knows everything about her and slowly falls in love with her. Along the way she makes new friends and enemies. She also finds that Crystal, her best friend, likes her. Who will she choose, a life long friend or the 17 year old agent.
