Sherlock is out of nicotine patches and his mood is, well you can probably imagine. John refuses to buy him patches because he was just out shopping. Instead he insists that Sherlock eats something and one thing leads to another and ends in a game, which both are far too willing to play.

Two years after the Reichenbach Fall, John sits alone in his house. Depressed after the death of his best friend, he spends every day at home. That is, until he learns the truth about Sherlock's death....
